  1. "Do not be afraid" spoken by the angel to Mary, Joseph and the shepherds. God's way may be hard. He doesn't lower the bar, but do not be afraid. His way is the best way.

  2. Jesus is the 2nd Adam born without sinless nature, through God planting his seed.. God gave man a 2nd chance .
Jesus was tested and tempted for 40 days and nights--and remained pure..
Fear not because the presence of God comes with good news and great Joy.

  3. I'm actually posting this on Monday morning. I'm off from work today. Many things are planned. After briefly praying I thought I would investigate into some possible subjects I'm interested in for the Growing Deeper Projects (GDP). On following one of the trails I came to one of John Piper's old sermons. In over viewing it I came to this section that clearly brought into focus what I sense God's has been trying to tell me for a while. I felt it was something to share with my brothers in M3.

    The Disease of Triviality
One of the great diseases of our day is triviality. The things with which most people spend most of their time are utterly trivial. And what makes this a disease is that we who were created in the image of God were meant to live for magnificent causes. None of us is really content with the trivial pursuits of the world. Our souls will not be satisfied with trifles. Why is there a whole section of the newspaper devoted to sport, and almost nothing devoted to the greatest story in the universe—the growth and spread of the church of Jesus Christ? It is madness, sheer madness, that insignificant games should occupy such a central role in our culture. It is simply one of many signs that we are enslaved to trivialities. …. We live in a perpetual and hopeless struggle to satisfy our longings on trifles. So our souls shrivel. Our lives are trivial. And our capacity for great worship dies.
