Greetings Men!
This is an easy, but important GDP for this week. In your efforts to recruit a couple of proteges (Pros) this month, I want help you to be able to answer questions that men may ask you. So please read through our updated M3 website. Here's the link-
http://multiplyingmanlymen.wix.com/m3-gst
As we pass along our M3 website link to others, obviously we need to know what's in it. So read through it and then post back here on this Sunday blog when you have completed reading through it. Also please post any comments, questions or suggestions. Thanks!
Also as you talk with people, make sure to get their email address so you can not only send them our website link, but then you can keep in touch with them. It's kinda like dating. For you married men, you didn't win the woman you married on the first date did you? Marrying you was one of the biggest decisions (and the best:) she ever made, but she needed time to get to know you better. Same thing with asking men to join M3. It's a big decision (and one of the best they will ever make:) but they need to talk with you more than once. Remember, you've also got the testimonies of your teammates, so send a few of those at a time. (Going back to the courtship metaphor, sending those testimonies is like sending flowers. They speak to the heart:)
Questions of the Week
Instead of two days of testing at the end of the month, we'll just ask a review questions each week. If a protege asked you any of these questions below, now you'll for sure have the answers. (You don't need to post the answers to these.)
1. What it the latest time to post to get credited for my work and my team?
2. What's the meaning of this motto I've heard-"No Scripture, No Sleep"?
3. Is it necessary to complete the weekly GDPs to be Unstoppable for the month?
4. Can I skip a day of sharing the Scriptures on the blog and still be honored for being Unstoppable?
5. How many weeks do I need to be Unstoppable to graduate from Basic Training?
6. How many weeks does a man need to be Unstoppable to graduate from Coaches Training?
7. How many proteges does he also need to recruit to graduate as a Coach?
8. Why do those proteges need to complete at least one month as Unstoppable for the Coach to officially graduate?
9. What does MANLY stand for?
10. You're driving a bus and at the first stop two thugs get on. At the second stop three gang members get on, but one woman gets off. At the third stop, three kids and their mom get on, but an elderly couple quickly get off. It's dark and raining outside. Suddenly a shot is fired, the bus is pulled over and the police rush you quickly off of the bus. What can you tell them about the bus driver that has just been wounded?
Answers
1. 3AM
2. I won't go to sleep until I've spent time in the Scriptures and sharing such on the blog with my brothers. It's a commitment we've made.
3. Yep
4. Nope. (And it will take an extra week for each day skipped to graduate.*)
5. 13 (3 months)
6. 13
7. Two
8. Because it would be easy to just get someone to sign up. But our Coaches coach men to be conquerors, not quitters.
9. You tell me:) Better yet, say them out loud now.
10. You know, but your kids or friends might not. If not, re-read it. :)
*Our goal here is to help men, especially incoming proteges, be true to their commitment to God, to themselves and to us- to be in the word, the fellowship, and training on the blog M-F. It is not meant to be unreasonable. Thus, if a man is sick for example, he can simply contact his team O.S. (Officer of Stats:) Dave Heidekruger or Roger Vinlasaca that morning. Then he won't have to put in an extra week. But of course, we can't credit points on the board for what he doesn't register. By the way, the extra week for an unexcused absence is not extra training, but simply a week's delay in graduating with his class. If you have suggestions to improve this or any aspect of M3, please feel free to contact me at any time. Let's begin implementing this from here forward, unless you have a better plan you wish to offer. Thanks.
Faithfulness is a golden virtue, but it's becoming harder to find in our society. I want incoming men to be inspired to be faithful men of God as you have proven yourselves to be. I want our proteges to rise to that same level. Udabest!
Did it :-)

Master your money # 2
Regaining control of your money.
3 important Principles that predict pattern.
1. The little principle:
What you do with little will predict what I'll do with more.
2. The value principle: What I do with my money predicts how I'll manage greater masters.
3. The ownership principle:
What I do as a manager predicts what I'll do as an owner.
Very good summary Robert! You are the kind of man that God can entrust with the true riches and that is ministry to people.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave, God bless you!
DeleteDid it. I like the update to the fine question. Communication is important. And it's not a punishment, it's a refinement.
ReplyDeleteThe pattern of how we use our money and resources is important, not necessarily the amount. The pattern dictates how we will the resources regardless of the amount. Good word not just for money, but our time, giftings, skills, and all things God has placed in our hands to manage well.
Well said brother :-)
DeleteVery good Eddie! Thanks much for the good feedback and discussion Saturday. I appreciate your concern to improve things. It's vital.
DeleteGood message Sunday.

You're the bus driver :)
DeleteI competed reading through the website link material. It's all very good. It does take a commitment to read through it all. Maybe because I'm older, it was sort of hard to read with the background pictures (which I liked and did add to the points being made). I ended up copying the text into a text file that I printed out (7 pages). That made it much more easier for me to read and allowed me to highlight and underlined key points. A suggestion is to offer a pdf downloadable version that can be viewed later on a smart phone, I pad etc or even printed out. I'm considering printing out a few and giving them to the most interested men I meet at the Men's Retreat.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave- You're right, it is harder to read with the background we picked. Thanks for the suggestions.
DeleteThe questions and answers you have provided will be very helpful in the future.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading it through Mike. Udabest!
DeleteDid it,
