"all come from dust and to dust return" 3:20
As a man comes so he departs,
and what does he gain since he toils for the wind" 5:16
If there was a modern day theme song for the book of Ecclesiastes, it might be a 1977 hit by Kansas, entitled, Dust in the Wind. It must strike a nerve with people because this depressing song is still being played on the radio and in stores today. Guitarist, Kerry Livgren wrote it, revealing the utter emptiness and meaninglessness he found in life. Consider the words of this haunting, pre-evangelism song. You can also watch the well done music video of it below. It might be worth sending to an unsaved person to ask his thoughts on it and the meaning of life.
I close my eyes only for a moment, and the moment's gone
All my dreams pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind
Same old song, just a drop of water in an endless sea
All we do crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see
Dust in the wind, all we are is dust in the wind
Now, don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky
It slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy
Dust in the wind, all we are is dust in the wind (all we are is dust in the wind)
Dust in the wind (everything is dust in the wind), everything is dust in the wind
The song ends mourning, "Everything is dust in the wind."
Solomon begins and ends his book crying, "Everything is meaningless" Eccles.1:2; 2:11; 3:19; 12:8. Why? You'll soon see.
Kerry Livgren wrote Dust in the Wind after exploring various world views and religions and finding them empty. Two years later, a Christian had several discussions with him and he came to discover the true meaning to life, when he invited the Lord Jesus to be his Savior.
Man's search for meaning is so empty apart from a saving relationship with his Maker. Apart from Him, DUST plagues man's very existence. (You'll note these four points throughout Ecclesiastes.)
Death- "Like the fool, the wise man too must die! So I hated life" 2:16-17
Uncertainty- "Who knows...?" Solomon asks that question 11 times throughout the book.
Suffering- "I saw all the tears of the oppressed..." 4:1a
Tyranny- "power was on the side of the oppressors" 4:1b
These things made life so meaningless to Solomon, so momentary, crumbling, slipping away, just dust in the wind.
1.- Songs like Dust in the Wind are still popular because they speak to the inner emptiness people struggle with. So you can see why it's important that we be on the lookout to share the good news with others or give them a Greatest Mini-movies card. Please share of a new opportunity you've had recently to do so.
2.- Yesterday, I asked you to contact your fire team brothers and find out who they are seeking to recruit to M3. Did you find out and write down their names?
(If not, do so today please.
Build strong, supportive bonds with your fire team brothers. So especially seek to encourage him on the blog when you see he has commented.)

3.- Read through Ecclesiastes 5. You'll see it covers a number of subjects in short order. Pick a verse and share some of your thoughts regarding such. Then be on the lookout to share with others.
Thanks for going from here to the scoreboard. Work out on the things that make us GREAT in God's kingdom. Don't forget to give yourself a point in the A column when you go out of your way to do an Act Of Kindness. That's A-OK :)

1. I shared a card and discussed M3 with my Son-in-law yesterday and he was very receptive to it all, as I told him how much I have learned and what an impact M3 is having in so many lives and relationships with the Lord. PTL
ReplyDelete2. I'm still recruiting Julian A and Brisn Meng as I will be spending next weekend encouraging them. Iamarcus and Miguel for Andre; Nick V and Jorden M for George D; milo and Mike for Armondo, Jose M for Roger V; and Patrick for Jose B
3.
I ran into your uncle Chuck, I should ask him to see if he'd be interested in joining m3.
DeleteAwesome Jack. Great testimony and planting seeds.
DeleteAwesome Jack. Great testimony and planting seeds.
DeleteExcellent Jack! Chris, Julian and Brian are great guys.
DeleteVery good!
Way to be a great example! Keep planting seeds bro. God bless.
Delete3. " I have seen a grievous evil under the sun; wealth hoarded to the harm of its owners."ECC 5:13
ReplyDelete"The Love of money is the root of all evil" is a parallel verse. My friends stay away from idolizing money , as you cannot idolize 2 things at once-- God is our only idol and don't ever lose sight of him or that as we seek temporary pleasures. You can't take money with you when you are gone but love of God is forever.
There is nothing wrong with being blessed with financial success- be honest with how you gain it, realize that money and everything else here is God's anyway and we are just stewards and managers of it all. So be a good manager and always be generous no matter how small the amount and he will bless you with more to manage.
That's great advice, Jack. The hands that serve the King can claim nothing for themselves save for that which is given by the King, himself to those who manage the riches of his Kingdom well, and what we are given is meant to be shared as it was shared with us.
DeleteExcellent! You are a great role model Jack.
DeleteGood reminder Jack - "money and everything else here is God's anyway and we are just stewards and managers of it all."
Delete1. Took some people out on a tour didn't have any cards business cards so I gave them a mini movie card with my telephone on it.
ReplyDelete2. I will not be attending new life Midway. I moved from my home to the Wicker Park area. So I went to the lake view campus. Next Sunday I will be asking man from Lakeview to join M3.
3. Ecc.5.2." Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few."
The old tonge can always get us in trouble.
George, you're moving? Definitely miss you here at Midway. Let me know if you need a hand with anything...
DeleteGeorge, I know you are a missionary wherever you go.
DeleteWill call you later today.
George,
DeleteI only got a chance to talk to you a week ago. Wish we could have earlier. Hope to see you again.
1. I talked to my buddy KJ, from CS Lewis Institute about M3 a few times. Yesterday I was having coffee with him as we were talking discipleship. I mentioned to him about M3 again and our squads (KJ is a former Marine) and he mentioned that Pastor Mark introduced him to Dave and will be learning more soon on a walk with Dave.
ReplyDelete2. Yes, I'll be lifting up the brothers who are Actively Pursuing Other Men. MANLY!
3. Ecc 5:18
Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor that he takes under the sun all the days of his life, which God gives him: for it is his portion.
Deuteronomy 12:7
There, in the presence of the LORD your God, you and your families shall eat and shall rejoice in everything you have put your hand to, because the LORD your God has blessed you.
Very good Eddie! Hope to hear back from KJ soon then.
DeleteExcellent cross ref. which I just wrote down next to Eccles.5:18
Very good cross reference, Eddie. I will write it down too.
DeleteLiked that verse, Deut. 12:7.
Delete1. I gave a mini-movie card and a New Life card to my insurance agent.
ReplyDelete2. I will be praying for Patrick Haynes and Alfonso Vera. For Lou, I will be praying for Saul & Rick Ojeda, Manny and Julian. Once Oscar posts or let me know. I will add to my prayer list.
3. Ecclesiastes 5:1 (NIV)
Guard your steps when you go to the house of God. Go near to listen rather than to offer the sacrifice of fools, who do not know that they do wrong.
1 Samuel 15:22
But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the LORD? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.
God has sent His son and sacrificed Him for us, The best we could do in return is accept Him and obey Him. Sometimes we have to sacrifice time, money,...etc. The church building is a place of gathering to worship Him, but the church spreads out as soon a as service is done. I pray that we continue to be an active church of obedience.
Amen, brother. It is not what we learn from worshipping at church that brings glory to God...it is what we do with what we've learned to share the Good News that builds the kingdom of Heaven. Solomon specifically uses the word "listen", not "hear", reminding us that we are to glean applicable wisdom from our study of the Word, not just receive it and forget it.
DeleteVery good Sam!
DeleteHope we can shoot hoops together soon. No full court for this old man :)
I love that verse from 1 Samuel you wrote down, Sam. I will be copying it to my MP3 too. Thanks for sharing!
DeleteAmen Sam... may we all be active in obedience to God.
DeleteThanks, Sam, for place these four men in your prayers.
DeleteI will be reaching out to a childhood friend of mine, Noe, whom I know to be a faithful Christian and may be interested in growing in the Word among other MANLY men. He is currently is London, but I will be reaching out to him upon his return.
ReplyDeleteEcclesiastes 5:18-20 "This is what I have observed to be good: that it is appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them—for this is their lot. 19 Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift of God. 20 They seldom reflect on the days of their life, because God keeps them occupied with gladness of heart."
I find great satisfaction in my labor (perhaps too much satisfaction, being as how I often spend more time working than on my other responsibilities). For my work, God has blessed me abundantly. I am by no means wealthy, but I have enough to enjoy a high quality of life. Greater than the monetary fruit of my labor, though, is the fruit of health, spiritual strength, happiness, and peace that I gain through my work. My work is very reflective. I often take time to pause and evaluate my performance...to reflect on what I have accomplished and what still needs accomplishing. In these moments of reflection, I find myself thanking God for my work. Not every day is great (some are just outright overwhelming) but at the end of each I can appreciate the work that God is doing in me as I do the work He has graced me with the ability to do. I do, however, need to do a better job of striking a balance between work and family. I find that I keep myself busy almost intentionally...that I must occupy my mind and my hands with a different project each time another is completed. This isn't fair to the ones I love and who desire my time. I would appreciate your prayers and advice in this regard brothers. God bless each of you today. May you enjoy the fruit of your labor and may you be ever grateful for your lot.
Very good Osiris. I also thought your comments to the other brothers above were excellent.
DeleteYou asked for advice. So I am going to give you advice without giving you advice by making an observation and then a question. You strike me as a man that likes to be busy and get things done. If so, would it help to write down on a "To do" list some household or relational responsibilities that you could check off when completed?
This has helped me stay more balanced and satisfies my desire to complete things.
That is some really great personal insight. I agree with Dave. Use your God given design to accomplish what the enemy is using against you. View their needs as a project, make a plan work the plan, monitor the progress and allow relational intimacy to be the reoccurring accomplishment
DeleteThat good practice on taking time throughout the day to give thanks to God. With me , there are times of abundant work and times that it slows down. But God always provides.
Delete1. Prior to reading today's blog, I sent a brother I'm seeking to recruit the link to the greatest mini-movies via text.
ReplyDelete2. Yes
3. "Everyone comes naked from their mother’s womb, and as everyone comes, so they depart. They take nothing from their toil that they can carry in their hands." Ecclesiastes 5:15
Reminded me of Job's statement in Job 1:21 "Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.”
This comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteThey are very similar. I would not have remembered that verse in Job. Good observation and verses, Robert!
DeleteAmen Robert... we cannot take anything with us when we depart.
DeleteGreat words my brother
DeleteIt seems both were visited by the same thoughts as they wrestled with despair. May we enjoy life's goodness as we submit to our Father's boundaries for it.
DeleteHere is one brother who does not stop. I was going to use the words " take a break". But he's still on vacation. Robert, have a great time where ever you are.
Delete“As he came from his mother’s womb he shall go again, naked as he came, and shall take nothing for his toil that he may carry away in his hand.” Ecclesiastes 5:15 ESV
ReplyDeleteThis verse reminds me that we take nothing with us when we die. Money and power diminish away after death. After death we either gain his riches by believeing while we were here on this earth or lose that because we were trying to gain riches and fulfillment on this earth.
Amen, may we always remember that we cannot take any worldly possessions when we die.
DeleteBueno James.
DeleteDid you find out who your fire team brothers are seeking to recruit?
James , that verse was very well brought out.
DeleteGreat thoughts James!
DeleteYes I did Dave
Delete1. Have been reaching out to a friend that has a lot of problems in his life, but yet somehow he does not see the need for God. Will continue to talk to him and encourage him.
ReplyDelete2. Yes do have their names and will be praying for them.
3. Eccl. 5:10 " He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity."
Great reminder for me to not get all worked up about having more material things, but rather seeking what has eternal value and bring honor to God.
Good thoughts, Roger. I agree.
DeleteVery good Roger!
DeleteRoger, pray that the Lord is with you as you are encouraging your friend to reach out to his Savior.
DeleteRoger that's a good verse, I almost picked it too.
Delete1) I haven't given any out yet. However, I know someone that I plan on giving one to once I see him.
ReplyDelete2) Matt Lee and Pedro C.
3) Ecclesiastes 5:18-20 "This is what I have observed to be good: that it is appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them—for this is their lot. This passage shows that contentment is a gift from God.
This comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteAmen that we all find contentment in God.
DeleteHey Alex, I will give you a call to help you with the card distribution. It's easy!
DeleteAlex, I agree with having the presence in mind of contentment which is a lead for the heard and mind to peace
DeleteStay determined brother and the right opportunity will be presented to you. No pressure sir.
I love that Verse Alex, almost chose it as kine too :)
DeleteWhat a peace and Joy we have in the Lord
1. I shared some cards with some veteran’s student at the veteran’s office. Hopeful they could share their thoughts about the movies next time we meet. I visit their office twice a week.
ReplyDelete2. Yes, I have their names and will be praying for them.
3. Ecclesiastes 5: 2 do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few.
Excellent Oscar!
DeleteOscar, I'll be praying for men you are guiding thru.
Delete1) I recently gave a card to a coworker, who at first was kinda hesitant about even taking it.
ReplyDelete2) did it
3) “Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.”
Ecclesiastes 5:10 NIV- "money is the root of all evil" so many people struggle with there finances because the more they make the more exquisite there lifestyle gets.
Very good Ricardo!
Delete1. I have been sharing the cards with the owners of a certain tattoo studio I've been cleaning.

Very good outreach there Dave. :)
DeleteLiked you item #3. Everyone shows up.
Delete1-Today one of my co-workers who lives close to the church asked me " hey Vince when I go to church what do I need to do?" I will be honest I was puzzled by that question. He began to explain what he meant by that. He thought he needed to dress a certain way and wait to enter the church at 930 or 1130. I was like no all you need to do is go to church as the way you are. God will handle the rest. First it's worship, announcements then the word. It's great it is not boring they make interesting. You will not be put down. It's amazing, I didn't even start the conversation he did. I hope one day he does go.
ReplyDelete2- I got their names and will be praying for them.
3- Ecclesiastes 5:2New International Version (NIV)
2 Do not be quick with your mouth,
do not be hasty in your heart
to utter anything before God.
God is in heaven
and you are on earth,
so let your words be few.
This verse reminds me of a song I heard on the radio. I can't remember the name. I like when artists use verses in the bible and make great songs out of them.
What a great thing that he would bring up coming to church with you!
DeleteGreat, hope all goes well.
DeleteVince, sounds like the seed you planted is starting to sprout. Great planting, brother.
Delete1 I was about to wrote that i haven't given a card out lately. I'm sitting at work and have been to busy for anything. As i was about to start writing when i seem him coming. Sean! Old friend that came to visit. We started talking and i gave home a card. He sat down and started watching "set free". After a while he put the Sox game back on his phone amd left with his card.
ReplyDelete2. I did reach out and have my names.
3. Ecclesiastes 5:5 It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay.
As humans we are made to want more. Bigger, better, newer things to compete with your neighbor's. Which leads me to this verse. How many times to people make empty promises. If only i could get this God amd i will do this. If i can get that i will give some to them. But this rarely happens. Ones integrity must never be questioned. Broken and empty promises should never be said.
Glad God gave you an opportunity to sow some good seed and that you saw it (Sean:), and shared. May the Lord yet creat a hunger in his heart for more.
DeleteIn my youth, my parents use to always warn me not to vow or make deals with God. As one grows older, you realize, "this is God". Not your friend down the block. Thanks for your post, Horacio.
Delete1. Talked with a coworker about my faith the other day during one of our breaks. It came up when we were sharing details about our weddings and the style of ceremony since he will be getting married in September and me in January.
ReplyDelete2. Did it
3. Ecclesiastes 5:5 It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it
I know this verse is in context to making promises to God but I also feel it is important just in general. It reminds us to be careful about what we give ourselves over to and the consequences of not following through.
Very good Michael!
DeleteGlad you recognized the context and also good applications that can be made from Eccles.5:5. Bueno!
God must need you there at that temporary job Mike. That's great that you are on mission with Him during this holding period. We are praying that God will soon direct you to a teaching position near your church. Trust in God's timing brother.
Delete1.- I’ve not been as aggressive as I should/could be with the cards and telling people about the movies.
ReplyDelete2.- I work out with a brother from the church that also attends the same gym that I do. I have been talking to him about as well as Enrique Avila.
3.- 10 Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.
This is something that I know in the past, I have struggled with. Growing in tithing, offering and blessing were definitely something that I had to grow in. It was a hard lesson to learn that as I shared, the Lord blessed more and more.
Good talking with you just a bit ago Mark. I like the T shirt :)
DeleteYou've got two great fire team brothers- Ricardo and Horacio. If you haven't yet, please find out who they are seeking to recruit to M3. Thanx!
Great personal example.
Delete1. I gave a card to an 84 year old driving student. I prayed that God will touch her heart. She may not be around many more years. Also gave one to a christian teen student and told him to check out the videos.
ReplyDelete2. Did it.
3.“Here is what I have seen to be good and fitting: to eat, to drink and enjoy oneself in all one's labor in which he toils under the sun during the few years of his life which God has given him; for this is his reward.”
Ecclesiastes 5:18 NASB
I wish our world and society could see money as a tool and not kill and be killed for it. Chasing the dollar is vanity. But with God we can be content and enjoy him and the simple pleasures of life.
Very good outreach Nic. Wow, she's 84 and is yet wanting to learn to drive. She serves as a good example- be a lifelong learner.
DeleteGreat job with the out reach nick.
Delete1) Yes. They sent text out.
ReplyDelete2) I haven't given any out.
3) 5:3 King James Bible
For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.
Cause and effect. What your getting comes from what your giving, so give in light of your future.
Glad you were able to get internet connection today Antonio :)
Deletegreat job with the out reach.
ReplyDelete1) I have given a card to my cousin for him to look at and give me feed back later on.
ReplyDelete2) did it
Bueno, buneo Andre!
DeleteGood idea Andre, I forget about reaching out to my family. I'll have to start sharing the videos with them.
Delete3) When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it, for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow. Ecclesiastes 5:4
ReplyDeleteI think it is simple mean what you say and say what you mean.
I like it, I like it.
Delete1. A job site friend I gave a card to was Victor. A very quiet person, till you get to know him. He accepted the card with a smile.
ReplyDelete2. I got names from two brothers in squad 2:
Sam Vargas--- Patrick Haynes, Alfonso Vera
Oscar N.--- Tony, Miguel, Richard and Mike
3. Eccles 5: 10. If you love money, you will never be satisfied. If you long to be rich, you will never get all you want.
People who love money are never satisfied. They alway have to have more. But money does not buy happiness.Best to be content with what Got allows us to have. Always give thanks to God for the great or small that he gives us.
Very good on all three points Louie!
Delete1. This past Saturday doing a job out in Hinsdale where I met this young mother whom I come to find out is going through a terrible divorce and all that goes with including her two daughters. *it's so amazing how sometimes by simply asking "how are you" gets. While doing the work I listened, and at the at the end of my job I told her " don't lose hope, for you will find everything you need in Him"! She smiled, then I gave her a mini clip card and said "these clips will be impactful if you watch one"!?
ReplyDeleteEarlier today had softball practice and after was catching up with good friend/teammate. I asked him with his heavy load at work if he is able to be in ministry or stay plugged and he said no. Quickly gave him the invite & the perks that come with M3!! He will check it out later.
2. I asked my fellow brothers and will actively pray for them.
Ismael, It was nice of you to listen to the young mother. There are a lot of people who ask "how are you?" but don't wait for an answer while they keep talking.
DeleteExcellent Ismael, excellent!
Delete1 – I haven’t given out any cards in the last week. I’ll make it a point to give some out before Friday.
ReplyDelete2 – Yes, I have the names and will be praying for them.
3 – Ecclesiastes 5:5 It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it. To me this shouldn’t apply only to a vow to God but to anyone you deal with. If you make a promise (vow) to anyone you should back it up and follow through.
I also agree with your point on #3 George. Let your Yes be yes.
Delete1.I gave a card to an old coworker I saw today.
ReplyDelete2.George is going to lakeview New Life to seek brothers to recruit
3. Eccles 5:2 Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God.
Very good Chuy!
DeleteGood for you Chuy. Lord, touch Chuy's old co-workers heart to want to watch some of the videos so that he can think about you and your the truths that hears presented in the videos.
Delete1
ReplyDeleteI handed a few card to our student workers while at work
2
While getting back to mens group on Tuesday’s I intend to share M3 with the guys there. As I mentioned before I am continuing to reach out to Pedro
3
I was looking at verse 5:4 In context Solomon is distressed in his path but at the same time there was providence by God through what he wrote. that to make a commitment to God we should honor our promises and not just that but be honorable to each other in keeping our word.
Alright Gary!
Delete1) I gave a Greatest Mini Video card to my daughter Sarah's friend on Saturday. She and Sarah were lab partners at Daily College last year. Sarah introduced her to the Lord. She is married and has a two year old daughter now. Both have been over to our home so often, that they are like adopted children to my wife and I. Her husband works a lot and has been over occasionally. He is not a Christian yet. I asked Rose to watch a few of the videos by herself first and then watch some with her husband. She was excited to do that with him. We're all praying for her husband JB's salvation.
ReplyDelete2) I have not done this.
3) Proverbs 5:10 > Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. I'm generally content with my income, which has been sufficient to pay our bills and have a little left over for special needs. But there are times when either it gets very tight financially for us, or when we have managed to accumulated a little bit of savings that my heart can start wanting more. That's when two are better then one and my wife helps me to stay balanced and to realize we need to trust in God's provision and to be good stewards of God's resources.
1. I gave out two cards today. After our men's group meeting I was talking with brother José L. And two other men from out reach. I walked away after a short conversation but returned and and gave them both cards. I told them there are some amazing videos and to please pass the cards along.
ReplyDelete2. I did get the names from my fellow brothers.
3. Eccles 5:3 A dream comes when there are many cares, and many words marks the speech of a fool.
Well done brother Jose!!!
Delete1. I was at the care ash and u left a minimovies card in a crack bt the vacuums so everyone can see it and hopefully somebody will grab it and be blessed by it ;)
ReplyDelete2. Scotty Viverito
3.Ecclesiastes 5:15 Everyone comes naked from there mothers womb, and as everyone comes, so they depart. They take nothing from their toil that they carry In there hands.
Good choice of verses Phil!
DeleteI pray Lord, that someone would grab the mini movie card and be impacted for Christ, amen :)
Delete1) I haven't had a recent chance as of yet. I do feel bad that I keep forgetting they are in my wallet. I will make sure to be intentional about handing out a few this week for sure. They are such a great asset and tool, I hate the fact I am not utilizing then to their full strength.
ReplyDelete2) I did. Will be keeping the different brothers in prayer to join. I have been speaking with My dad, Bob, along with two good friends of mine, Ken Alvarado and Esteban Caldero.
3) Ecclesiastes 5:2 “Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few.”
Be careful what you promise! That is definitely a major theme of the first verses of chapter 5. I know I haven't always been careful about promising things to God. Many times I have and then broken them....I can only thank the Lord for His heart of grace and mercy toward me. The reason this verse stuck out to me was that I love that when it answered why you shouldn't be hasty, it answered with because He is above you. That's all we should really need when questioning God at times. HE is the one in Heaven - and we are on Earth.
ReplyDelete1.-Today I gave a mini-movie card to a co-worker who said he will watch movie and said to me theirs a purpose to this and said that the Lord works in mysterious ways.
2.- Names for squad 5, team #1
Are Jose M., Patrick, Milo n Mike
3.- Ecc. 5:15
Everyone comes naked from their mothers womb, and as everyone comes, so they depart. They take nothings from their toil that they can carry in their hands.
Job 2:21b
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away
That is awesome Armando, passing out movie cards and sharing M3 with others. Continue to grow my brother!
Delete2. Yes
ReplyDelete3. Ecc 5:5 says "It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it." -- this verse is self explanatory, do not give your word to do something, and not do it. That is lying and we should not lie!
